Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you will be a strategic, financial, and operational partner to the team. You will play an integral part in driving strategic business decisions and supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting as well as building dynamic, detailed, and scalable financial models.

Enterprise Account Manager

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for both the revenue component of this ROI as well as providing a world-class customer experience. This person serves as the main post-sale point of contact for our Owners (primary customer persona) and is invested in creating meaningful, long-term relationships with their account stakeholders.

Senior Learning Experience Designer

The L&D team is responsible for driving high quality training content for our internal teams, based throughout the US and abroad. This includes creating engaging process content, including blended, instructor led training, eLearning, micro learning, social/cohort learning and video content, designed to meet delivery needs from self-paced to virtual.

Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for the planning and execution of key enterprise-level client projects, ensuring on-time delivery and overall customer fulfillment. You will be responsible for communication with the client and coordinating the project tasks with internal and external teams.

Digital Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Digital CSM to be responsible for maximizing one-to-many customer engagement in a data-driven way across our post-sale digital channels. This person thrives in an agile and creative environment, while simultaneously leveraging customer and performance insights to create impactful, value-driven campaigns.
