Under Scott’s leadership, Onboard is at the forefront of one of the fastest growing trends in the MDU marketspace: turnkey internet and media amenities. As CEO, Scott oversees Onboard’s business operations and works closely with the development of business strategies for clients.

He understands the importance of streamlining the variety of business systems that exist in a client’s portfolio. With 10+ years in the telecom and multi-family industries, Scott has successfully facilitated turnkey amenities across thousands of units nationwide. Scott formerly served as VP of Business and Ancillary Development at a large apartment REIT.

Scott is a graduate of the University of Utah and resides in Sugarhouse, UT with his three kids.

Having successfully launched two other businesses in the MDU market space: Adrently, a lead generation software and Seven, a media services retailer; Ryan brings entrepreneurial experience and a professional methodology to daily operations and product advancement.

With a deep understanding of marketing, technology, and management; Ryan bridges the gap between vision and operation to develop and launch new initiatives.

Ryan is a graduate of Brigham Young University and resides in Sandy, UT with his wife and son.

Prefers the finer things in life like, well-formatted code and aged whiskey.

Heading the development of Onboard’s technology platform, Nate is a battle-tested engineer specialized in developing, revitalizing, and evolving a diverse assortment of code bases.

As an interactive company, Onboard requires a wide variety of complex technical systems to perform at its best, and Nate’s contributions have been instrumental in building and managing this complex environment.

Nate is a graduate of Weber State University, and resides in Salt Lake City.

Mr. Gose’s motto is affirmed through his 25+ years of telecommunication and customer relations experience. Mr. Gose began his career at Allnet and moved from an account executive to a district manager before moving on to become VP of Sales at Southwest Communications; quickly increasing sales from less than 3 million to over 24 million annually.

In 2003, Mr. Gose co-founded CCI Network Services to help businesses navigate and integrate relevant technologies and boost operational efficiency. Under his advisement, Onboard is at the forefront of the fastest growing trends in the MDU marketplace.

Mr. Gose is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, and resides in Holladay, UT with his beautiful wife and three children.

Having ample experience working with and maintaining high level professional relationships in the technology space, Taylor brings a strong business sense without sacrificing personal touchpoints and quickly identifies the needs of both owners and residents to execute large-scale retrofit projects.

With a deep experience overseeing project planning, technology engineering, and project implementation in both the MDU and commercial space, Taylor has been a go-to resource for Onboard clients, vendors, employees, and onsite residents.

Taylor is a graduate of Economics from the University of Utah and resides in Layton, UT with his wife, and dog Stella.

Kerri Russell is responsible for the customer-facing operations of the company, including resident care, service implementation, and ongoing support.

Before her promotion to Director of Community Operations, Kerri served as a Program Manager where she led multi-state projects through the company’s service channels and was directly involved with testing, training, and implementing resident support initiatives.

Kerri is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Master’s in Environmental Science and resides in Sugarhouse, UT.

Shantel Conradi

Assistant Controller

Shantel oversees accounting activities including costs, payroll and risk management, and helps establish financial policies and procedures to maximize efficiencies. Shantel also handles large receivable accounts and ensures timely payments and account reconciliation.

Shantel’s experience in finance managing and accounting comes from over ten years of experience where she managed a diverse portfolio of clients in the real estate market.

With a background in managing clients in a detail-oriented environment, Monica brings cheery professionalism and a "get-it-done" attitude to the company.

Bethany Trivers

Resident Support Agent

With years of experience in assisting customers in tracking down issues and resolving them, Bethany immediately impacted and improved Onboard's processes. She has become a "go-to" resource for tasks that require a level-headed approach and complete follow-through.
