Smarter Insights, Seamless Reporting: New Onboard Customer Portal Updates

At Onboard, we’re committed to making bulk internet program management easier, clearer, and more profitable for our partners. Earlier this year, we launched significant updates to the Onboard Customer Portal, giving owners and operators a streamlined way to track program success. Based on continued customer feedback, we’re excited to share the next wave of enhancements, designed to deliver even deeper visibility and easier day-to-day management.

Owners can now access a holistic snapshot of their bulked properties in one place. The new Portfolio Overview tab displays:

  • Revenue & Costs – Track gross revenue, net revenue, and costs across your portfolio to measure ROI, optimize margins, and validate NOI performance throughout the program’s lifecycle.
  • Occupancy & Enrollment Trends – Monitor enrollment patterns with clear graphs that help you identify adoption trends and take proactive steps to drive higher performance and faster stabilization.
  • Resident Support Insights – See how Onboard’s support team manages resident questions and escalations, reducing the burden on site staff and ensuring smoother day-to-day operations.

This gives decision-makers a clear, high-level view of program health across their entire portfolio, without needing to dive into individual properties—though more detail is always available in the Bulked tab.

Our customers asked for more in-depth reporting, and we delivered. With the new Reports tab, users can now download portfolio insights whenever they need them, including:

  • Unit Audit Reports – Detailed data on each unit, including enrollment status, resident rate, and revenue.
  • Communities Overview Reports – Portfolio-wide breakdowns of status, cost, and revenue at bulked communities.

This empowers owners to pull granular insights at any time, giving them the flexibility to share results internally or run deeper financial analysis. And this is just the start—more report types are coming soon. Tell us what other reports you’d like us to add by clicking the “Leave your feedback” button from within the Customer Portal.

The Bulked Communities section has been refreshed with expanded reporting and a cleaner, more intuitive look and feel. Owners can toggle between each property’s current program status: 

  • Launched Properties – Detailed enrollment breakdowns, net revenue per unit, monthly resident rate, and more.
  • Pre-Announcement & Announced Properties – Key dates, enrollment progress, and launch timelines.

This redesign makes it easier to spot trends, track progress, and quickly assess how each community is performing.

Plus, new context-aware interactive definitions and explanations are now available throughout the interface. Simply click the 🛈 button to slide open an information sidebar that offers a deeper understanding of each property’s enrollment metrics. 

Managing a bulk internet program involves multiple moving pieces—financials, resident onboarding, provider coordination, and ongoing support. These portal updates simplify complexity by putting the most important insights directly at your fingertips.

With clearer dashboards, exportable reports, and an intuitive interface, owners and operators can:

  • Make faster, more confident business decisions
  • Track performance with precision across their portfolio
  • Share actionable insights with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Reduce the operational burden of managing program data
